Speed and Agility
Whether you're a young athlete or not, our class is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their speed, agility, strength, coordination, mobility, and stamina. Our class offers a variety of training methods such as ladder drills, hurdles, plyometrics, core stability exercises, and bodyweight functional movements. Our aim is to enhance your athleticism through speed and agility drills, plyometrics (jump training), power training, and mobility exercises.

In this class, we concentrate on the basics of developing into a successful young athlete. Our training involves various disciplines to enhance SPEED and AGILITY.
This class is designed for any youth athlete (or non-athlete) looking to increase their athleticism, regardless of level. This class will improve speed & agility, promote strength, enhance coordination, improve mobility, increase stamina, and more. Some features of this class include ladder drills, plyometrics, core stability exercises, and bodyweight functional movements.
Beginners Welcome! Ages 12+
Teens Strength and Conditioning
Our Youth Classes help build a positive self-image by teaching proper body mechanics and movement patterns as well as the importance of nutrition.
