Our Speed and Agility classes are designed to enhance the physical abilities of growing youth athletes. This dynamic program focuses on improving speed, agility, and overall athleticism in a fun and engaging environment. Through a series of age-appropriate exercises, drills, and games, participants will develop crucial motor skills, coordination, and quickness, setting the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle. Strength & Conditioning

Introducing "Strength and Conditioning" - a dynamic class specifically tailored for 6th to 12th graders, aimed at building a foundation of strength, stamina, and overall fitness. This comprehensive program combines resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, and functional movements to optimize physical performance and enhance athletic abilities. This class focuses on proper form, injury prevention, and individual progression, ensuring safe and effective workouts for all participants.
